After a 22 year career working for Australia's media giants in sales, marketing, management and strategy, Justine has a thorough understanding of the challenges that team members can experience and has created a set of tools, retreats and workshops to support a happier and more productive work life.

Learn to Meditate Introduction

This 90 minute course will allow your team to sample a selection of meditation styles to discover what resonates with them. Learning the basics of how to set a meaningful meditation in addition to understanding the benefits of mediation will lay a solid foundation.


Learn to Meditate - 4 week course or 4 hour course

This course excels because it teaches a variety of styles, so each team member can create a personalised toolbox that works for them. Learn mindfulness, mantra, breath, stress management techniques and more.

The 2 Hour Express Retreat

Allow your team to step away from the day to day grind and feel uplifted and refreshed, whilst planting the seeds for clarity, calm and connecting through to their inner potential.

Enjoy a guided meditation, restorative yoga, HypMeditation®, and just before floating back into the office, each attendee will enjoy a naturopathic Oovio tea, organic chocolate and berries.

Meditate With Clay 

This wonderful workshop teaches mindfulness whilst enjoying the creativity and fun of clay. Here you will step away from the ordinary and discover your ability to remain in the present moment, whilst unleashing your feelings, thoughts and hopes privately into the earthiness of the clay.
